Biography

Sho’daache! I am a Montana native and a member of the Crow Tribe. I grew up on the Crow reservation up until I was 14, at that point my family and I moved to Hardin, MT where I attended high school. I ventured to Billings, MT to attend college obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Information Systems from Montana State University, Billings. Since 1998 I have been in the technology field working in several different industries including Federal govt, Tribal Operations, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Grocery, Power Plant Technology, Corrections and Field Technology. I also taught Tribal College IT courses for a total of 5 years back home. My current focus of study is on Cybersecurity. Extracurricular activities I enjoy consist of spending time with my husband and 3 grown sons, going for walks with my blue pittie, fishing, hiking, watching sporting events, travelling, and of course keeping up on technology. I am very excited to be part of the team and to be able to seek educational opportunities for your Tribal community. I am even more excited to learn as much as possible about the culture of the Ojibwe Band. It’s going to be an exciting adventure! A’ho!
