Mission of LLTC HR

The mission of the Human Resource Office is to proactively formulate human resource policies that enhance the quality of academic and administrative work environment; to collaborate with all departments in supporting effective recruitment and retention of highly qualified administrative, faculty, and staff workforce; to be a strategic partner in creating a work environment which supports Leech Lake Tribal College mission statement and which fosters lifelong learning, individual achievement, teamwork, integrity, professionalism, and accountability; and assist in enhancing Anishinaabe culture, values, language, and knowledge while integrating Leech Lake Tribal College Mission Statement.
