Course Description
This course is designed to provide a basic knowledge of the factors involved in not only a healthy lifestyle, but also a healthy life for law enforcement officers. The physical fitness is designed specifically for job-related strength, agility, flexibility, speed and cardiovascular endurance. This includes Minnesota P.O.S.T. objectives will be covered in this course.
